1 MAKO Pink Minimus Mask:

Experienced spearfishermen and pure freedivers know the importance of a low volume mask. They also know the importance of achieving this low volume without sacrificing the field of view. The MAKO Minimus (aka MINI) takes this ratio of Low Volume vs. Field of View to the perfect equation, thus further minimizing the volume while maintaining optimum field of view.

Short Rail vs Long (Standard) Rail Foot Pockets.

Choosing between short rail and standard long rail foot pockets depends on the specific needs and preferences of the diver.

Short rail foot pockets are ideal for freedivers and spearfishermen who prioritize agility, maneuverability, and efficiency. These foot pockets allow for greater flexibility and reactivity of the blades, making them perfect for quick, dynamic movements in the water, especially in tight spaces or when pursuing fast-moving targets. The reduced rubber content and ease of interchangeability also enhance overall performance and comfort during long dives.
 
On the other hand, standard long rail foot pockets are suited for divers who need more stability, support, and power. They provide robust energy transfer and a more controlled, steady kick, which can be beneficial for fighting big fish from the bottom, such as Cuberas, and other large fish. Ultimately, the decision comes down to the diver's preferences and needs. One great advantage of Mako foot pockets is that they do not require glue for installation, allowing you to easily interchange foot pockets between different sets of blades.
