Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will exchange or refund any item that is un-used, in brand new re-sellable condition with tags attached.

So, make sure it fits. If it has been in the water, we cannot take it back.

Returns: Before returning items you must contact us at (540) 361-1570 and obtain an RMA number. Please mark the outside of your package with the RMA number and include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with your return.

Refunds: Refunds are only issued on items returned in un-used, brand new, re-sellable condition with tags attached. Your refund will be issued within 2 weeks after we receive your returned items.

Damaged in Shipment to you? Fortunately, this is rare. But if it does occur, please let us know immediately. We will file a claim with the shipper and get a replacement to you right away.

Shipping Charges: The customer pays for the return shipping on items being returned and we will pay the shipping back to you on apparel exchanges (USA orders). All other products the customer pays all shipping. International customers pay all shipping charges. We can’t be responsible for packages that get lost on their way to us, so we encourage you to get tracking numbers and/or insurance.
