Item Description

D Ring for Rubber and Silicone Freedive Belts

Weights do not slide on a rubber or silicone freedive belt so this product is more commonly used for attaching spearfishing accessories such as your lobster gauge, lobster tickle stick, collection bag, stringer, etc.

Thread your freedive rubber / silicone weight belt through this sturdy D ring and use a long line tuna clip, brass double ender, or stainless steel carabiner to easily clip spearfishing gear on and off the D-ring.

This D ring is perfect for the rubber freedive belt! It's well made, nicely finished, stiff & does not move!

    Exactly what it looks like

You get what you expect with these D rings. They don't seem to slide or "walk" around on my rubber belt much, the construction is durable, and the attachment points are great. Solid item.

    A useful piece of gear

I was using a $30 climbing carabiner on my weight belt, but this inexpensive item allowed my to put it to better use. It's very easy to clip equipment on and off the d-ring.

    Great addition to the belt.

I prefer plastic to the more conventional metal D-ring fittings as there is less chance of damage to the boat and other gear in my bag. The fitting is plenty tough as well.

    Great for Quick Transitions!

Put one of these on the front side of my belt with a carabiner. It provides a perfect place to attach anything (gun, float line, lobster gauge, catch bag, stringer). Whatever I need it for, it's there...and I use it a LOT. The only advice I can give is that I've tried putting it on two ways. One, you can just stick the belt through and let it float. Two, you can thread the belt through the openings and it will NOT move at all. Good if you want to keep it in a certain spot, but a pain in the butt to move after it's on. Either way, invaluable tool. I have one on my float as well, so I can easily move things.
