Item Description
Adjustable Neck Weights
Designed specifically for freediving, the MAKO Spearguns Adjustable Length Freediving Neck Weights can be used for Dynamic Pool Training, Line Diving, as well as Spearfishing.
For dynamic training in the pool, these weights help you stay level, which makes you much more streamline and efficient.
For line diving, neck weights keep you positioned parallel to the line during your decent, and pull you downward in a more relaxed and efficient manner.
The MAKO Spearguns Adjustable Length Freediving Neck Weights can be used alone, or in conjunction with a weight belt for a custom combination for your specific needs.
The adjustable strap is particularly useful for Freedive instructors teaching a variety of students with different neck sizes and is also very useful when alternating between “no wetsuit” to “wearing a wetsuit”.
Each belt is made using a rubber tube, filled with lead shot, and wrapped in a soft and comfortable, yet durable, outer Lycra shell. The outer Lycra material makes the Adjustable Neck Weight extremely comfortable when using without a wetsuit. As an added feature, the ends feature curved (instead of straight) snap clips for additional comfort and custom like fit. <
Available in the following weights:
1kg (2.2 lbs)
2kg (4.4 lbs)
3kg (6.6 lbs)
Note: If you do not know how much weight to use, you should take a freedive class from an accredited freedive instructor. Freedive instructors are capable of instructing you on how to safely weight yourself.
The MAKO neck weight is one of a kind. There's nothing like it out there, and the adjustable strap makes it versatile for any discipline.
A must have for any serious free-diver.
