These adapter shafts are needed to connect your pole spear tips to your MAKO Spearguns Big Game Pole Spear as well as other branded pole spears.

• Most pole spear tips accept 6mm male thread.
• Most pole spears accept 5/16” male thread.
• These MAKO Spearguns Adapter Shafts connect the two.

Our Pole Spear Threaded Adapter Shafts are made of hardened 17.4ph stainless steel, and are precision machined for maximum performance.

Each connecting pole spear shaft has a 6mm male thread on one end and a 5/16” male thread on the other end.

Available in three lengths: 3”, 6” and 12"

The 3 inch Adapter Shaft is great for thinner fish such as flounder and halibut when using the “MAKO Standard Double Flopper Pole Spear Tip” and the “MAKO 5 prong Paralyzer tip”.

The 6 inch Adapter Shaft is for medium game, that require additional penetration. It works great with the “MAKO Double Flopper Pole Spear Tips” as well as the “SP3 Breakaway Pole Spear Tip”.

The 12 inch Adapter Shaft is for bigger game, that require the most penetration. It also works great with the “MAKO Double Flopper Pole Spear Tips” as well as the “SP3 Breakaway Pole Spear Tip”.
