If you get your Abalone bar or lobster gauge or flashlight caught on something, you must be able to pull your hand free from your lanyard. Not all lanyards are elastic. If your lanyard is not elastic…DO NOT USE IT!

Elastic Lanyard for Knife

Easy to slip my hand through the lanyard and deploy my knife, without worrying about dropping it in murky waters. Stays snug around my wrist but elastic enough to pull my hand out after I stow my knife back in the sheath. I'll buy more for other tools and accessories while spearfishing.

Product worked as expected. These guys are the best in service. The customer is first for them. I only buy Mako for spearfishing.
