While on a recent Diving For A Cause event, I had the pleasure of meeting and diving with expert Spearo / Chef / Great Father / and all around great guy, Brian Ferguson, who was recruited by DFAC President, Colleen Gallagher, to prepare our fish for us.

I was helping fillet some fish when my fillet knife needed sharpening. Brian and I went inside where he showed to me his arsenal of fish preparing tools which included a set of very nice filet knives, as well as this little knife sharpener. Wow! I was so impressed with this knife sharpener, I contacted the factory, made a deal with them, and here they are.
