Item Description

MAKO Spearguns Yamamoto Diving Gloves - Reef Camo

Diving Gloves made of Yamamoto Neoprene? That’s right…MAKO Spearguns gloves are made of “Yamamoto Neoprene”.

What other gloves are made of Yamamoto neoprene? There probably aren’t any.

Why not?

Yamamoto Neoprene is the absolute best material in the world, and most expensive which is why you could not find gloves made of Yamamoto Neoprene……………..Until now!

Designed exclusively for spearfishing these Reef Camo Diving Gloves combine unmatched durability with incredible sensitivity needed for optimum trigger control. All finger tips and palms are re-enforced using high tech AMARA synthetic leather to protect against cuts from sharp objects. Made of high quality 2.0mm neoprene with camouflage lining for durability and comfort with the added bonus of a Velcro strap for a custom snug fit and tight seal, these gloves are the number one choice among serious spearos.

Because we sell direct, we are able to offer our Yamamoto Wetsuits and Yamamoto Gloves for less than non Yamamoto products.

Our Diving Gloves are certified by Tomizo Yamamoto (President of YAMAMOTO Corporation) and me (Dano Krahling, President of MAKO Spearguns) to be Genuine YAMAMOTO Neoprene.

    Good gloves

Great gloves for the price. The size chart is a little funny in my opinion. I ordered size large according to the chart and they are a little tight. seems pretty slim in the fingers for a large.

    Great gloves. Very durable!

Posted by Watdogg on Jul 27th 2015

I was skeptical with the size chart because I have small hands and my measurement told me I needed a Large, but it was spot on. They fit great. Nice and snug and no issues with handling triggers, lines, d-clips, or carabiners. They are also very durable. I was going between these and the kevlar gloves because I didn't want to tear them to crap, but the palm/fingers have a nice layer of synthetic leather on them and offer great protection against rocks/reefs. Five stars for warmth, durability, and sensativity.

I have not experienced a dive with these gloves yet, however, when I tried them on I was amazed with the Kevlar palms and fingertips. I look forward to my first dive.

    Gloves

They were a little tight but after diving for awhile they loosened up. They were thinker than some gloves I have tried, but the thickness did not hinder my ability to use a speargun.
